In the event of you losing your items at Scandals, you can call us to check to see if your item has been found on the lost property list.

If your item is on the list, you can collect your item at the following times only:

Mondays - Thursdays 2pm till 8pm
Fridays 4pm till Midnight
Saturdays 12 Noon till 5am
Sundays: 2pm till 8pm
